vaga#1/3 her 60's “a”
PART III - a
Yes, I am a dinosaur, I turned 60 in June.
(31-minute song in Spanish: Anacleto-dinosaur Dinosaur Roberto Gentilest
I TURNED 60 BUT I CAN STILL DIVE
The good: that I am already free from the duties of making a living, now I just enjoy life.
The bad: you're old, I live with my box of medicine, next to my bed hahaha
In reality, my pitiful pension is called “old-age retirement”, constitutionally and legally you're old. Why not put "retirement deserved” so you don't have to get up earlier to clock in? We all have small pensions, we are all in the same boat. The title "fucks you" even more!
Today I have pictures of flowers to keep us company because it is for my birthday, This flower goes on a journey that is cal and quiet to reach deeper waters. My journey through life has been neither flat nor quiet, it is the opposite, but the photos are very nice and they give me the feeling of a lonely journey in peace.
An anecdote: I took a tourist bus in Vietnam for a short tour. When I can, I take them, they aren’t always around (I am not masochistic, nor is my passion for cultures obsessive), but I don’t like to share their smells, it is all too crowded, the uncertainty of where I will end up, and other situations are not pleasant, this was, but it was not my choice. Turns out a couple of Chilean travellers were in the seat across the aisle...... We had to fill out a paper with our names and nationalities, they passed it on to me, which I confirmed and for obvious reasons, I told them that I was Chilean too. Sorry, in those remote areas, it is very rare to run into Chileans and almost no Latinos it was the first time until the present day. They were kissing and cuddling, and I was very entertained with my book, no conversations took place at all. When I got off the bus, I said to them, travel safely and goodbye.
Their answer:
"YOU TOO, MADAM"
Me madam?
Is there anything worse than being called by that term...................
But the truth is, madam I am
!!!!!! huummmmm !!!!!
Another comment on the subject; when I told Peter that I would start on a single trip, I noticed his very concerned face, he spontaneously said to me:
MOM, YOU, YOU'RE TOO OLD YOU'LL BE EASY PREY TO GET ROBBED, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CHASE ANYONE, THEY'LL HURT YOU, YOU'LL GET LOST.......
This was before I got my iPhone, and he thought I wasn't interested in having one, once I had the phone he was more than happy. But in his mentality without an iPhone, you are totally lost, disconnected, without Uber, without games, without music, or movies and I didn’t know what else those phones do ...... His concern was understandable
But, I've travelled so much without any of those things that I never questioned it before. But yes, now there is a big difference, I have 3 children, and they are very aware of my age.
I said:
I have been robbed in Chile, I have been lost in Santiago, to be robbed will not be new, to get lost in Hanoi, wouldn’t be strange either, all tourists get lost, and it would be less "depressing" to get lost in Hanoi, than in your own city. I was quiet and then I said:
the only thing I'm afraid of
HE OPENED HIS EYES SO WIDE, I HAD NEVER SEEN THEM SO BIG
!!! are the snakes !!!
He laughed, relaxed, was quiet, and we went out to buy an iPhone, and we would look for the most suitable one with very big font hahaha.
.......... I do, I don't I do, I don't I do, I don't ......
!!!! long live the 60's !!!!
!!! a cry of joy came out of my soul !!!
The guide took the video and photos without me knowing and then emailed them to me............... Hahahaha......... I loved having them. I don't know if you'll use it as a promotion for your Senior Tour. hahaha and in my second jump the Germans who went together even took pictures of me ......... no one expected it....... hahaha
!!!! And the other reality !!!!
this little photo for some dignity while they pushed me up the rock
hahaha
.
The Locals when they speak some English ask you and rigorously in this order: What is your name ? Where are you from? How old are you? And they always exclaim that I don't look sixty, you look about forty or fifty ... (even with greying hair and wrinkles hahaha)... . . others say, "I can't imagine my mom doing this." travelling alone, among other escapades, like the photos above. Those pictures I sent to Rafael with the picture footer :
my first madness of the trip...
he replies:
FIRST??? MAYBE YOUR WHOLE TRIP IS CRAZY ???.
!!!! OLD IS GOLD !!!!
